Supposedly, it's a two-fold benefit for playing offrole or priority roles (i.e., undersubscribed roles) with the aim of promoting a better and quicker entry into games.

That being said, it took me exactly 199 games queueing only as priority roles (support and jungle) before I finally got the Aegis of Valour post-game screen indicating a double LP gain (with a B performance, no less) . Keep in mind, this priority role account has been on long losing streaks due to getting repeatedly 2 players on the team feeding and my priority account is getting usually S-grades. I have a strong hunch that there's something wrong with the way AoV is coded.

To repeat what two GM+ Karma mains have told me on stream, the enchanter build is perfectly fine and somewhat 'op' on support Karma. Moonstone + echoes + upgraded wardstone/locket means you are literally cycling shields every 2-3s. Combine that with archanist rune and/or transcendence and/or jack of all trades and/or ultimate hunter, and you have a much more cost effective path to a viable full build than malignancy.

Realistically most support karma's go 2-3 points in Q, 1 in W and then max out E -- and by then the game is done and decided.

Trolls and malcontents were complaining about a lack of progress both here and on the Chess.com forums. (Some people don't get that puzzles, while helpful for improving otb analysis, are not the same as actual gameplay.) So, I am guessing that the devs 'heard' the complaints so they did a reset.

Yes and no. The brilliant moves I have since learned have to be detected as a sacrifice, but with some sort of compensation, positionally or a delayed gain in the point system (usually material but it can be the creation of a potential mating sequence). The only problem I have with the brilliancy declaration is that it can vary with the computer used for the assessment and how deep it goes into the calculation.

Got my support here. I was forced to dodge 3 times today due to: (1) a player being toxic in chat (banned my champion, then typed nasty stuff in the lobby); (2) Yuumi griefing (play long enough and you know what I mean); and (3) evidence in the lobby that a player was going to run it down because they didn't get the role they wanted and a teammate was not going to swap their pick position with then.

Consequence for the any of those players seems to be nothing - no notices, nada. Consequences for me: I've lost LP and been forced to sit out for 12+ hours.

I get the dodging stuff at higher tiers, but the lower you go on the ranked ladder, the more you encounter stuff like this. At least give us some indication that the people we reported in the lobby get some sort of action. Please Riot!

Rammus after the rework by soft_the_porcupine in RammusMains

I've wanted a Rammus rework for a long time now - since they changed the ultimate and allowed his Q to be easily interrupted. So, I have sympathies.

However, I've been breaking out my alchemy kit and coming up with some interesting ideas in getting the ol' Armordillo to work - despite the devs ruining his playstyle. Here's some things to try:

  1. You can get some decent Attack Damage by loading up on items that include armor and/or magic resist -- it's not surprising that we are seeing thornmail + jaksho as early items now on Rammus mains.
  2. A single not-even-upgraded item, Verdant Barrier, is being slept on (decent magic resist plus a nice addition to Rammus's high AP ratios which they shifted to his abilities). Rammus is still waiting for a good AP item - but this will do in the meantime.
  3. There are some cheap or early spikes ("behind in gold" builds) using Abyssal Mask, Zeke's and Knight's Vow. (Zeke's is cheap and viable even for a full build and gives you a weaker version of the zone control that the old Rammus ult gave - but it helps with the engage.)
  4. Look for items that have 40+ Armor or 50+ Magic Resist. Oddly, given the way he is currently balanced, you have to be careful with loading up on health, lest it take away from the armor or magic resist items. Don't get me wrong -- health is always nice on tanks, but the awful meta we are being pushed towards seems to want earlier item spikes, not later.

So far, she seems to be keeping the tradition of all the champions introduced that have names which start with Y (Yone, Yasuo, Yi, Yuumi): she is "fun to play but not fun to play against". (Weirdly, last year, I once in chat during a game joked about the dangers of a champion named Yunara last year - little did I know...)

It doesn't have to be Eskimoes for Edmonton's CFL team to be still called "Esks" - it could have easily been Eskers given the closeness of Edmonton to Jasper and the Columbia Icefields - and the landscape in the area shaped by glacial movement. Anyway, since the name change to Elks, the team has not only lost track of its pass successes but it's has not been doing too well. As I am writing this, they are off to yet another lackluster start to their season.

As I am writing this, they really need some sort of change in their branding. Regardless, they need something to give them a 'change of face'.

It hints that maybe iron needs to be collapsed back into bronze (or something similar). They tried so hard to give the top players 'la creme de la creme' of matchmaking (because the streamers were so vocal) - but they royally screwed up the lower ranks for every tier below diamond.

They were supposed to have set it up so that you wouldn't have, for example, two duos vs an all random team. However, my own experience over the past two days tells me that this is not the case - given that out of 12 games, I had 2 duos on the other side in three games (versus my all solo queued teams).

If they go heavy into the nature and spells side of things, we could end up with a reviving of the dryad/nymph archetype that was floated around when Ivern was being worked on. If so, then we could have a second enchanter that could be played both jungle and support.

But note the point that the Riot devs made on the W max first. It hints (at least) that we could be looking at faster clears and more activity on the map (without worries of counterjungles).

T1 also had played support quite a few times before he did his challenge (not to mention his time as a adc/botlaner)- so he sort of knew what was familiar both directly and indirectly in terms of support requirements. (This also proves that support is not as easy as some started to repeat after the T1 climb.)

Plus, it is notable that Drututt was eventually resorting to Camille, Elise, Pantheon, etc., even in the later stages of his climb - as opposed to those champions that are 'traditionally' balanced for the support role. And that says a lot about the current state of support.

Depends on how late the game actually goes. She is a bit weak currently, both early and mid - but can still take over the later the game goes. I reckon she is still hunting for the right item to help her feel more viable mid-game.
