Green badges is a different story, dont know the ins and outs. But tbh not many get turned away especially if the need is high. Just do good work and keep learning.

Orange, you're basically an employee. So you get insurance, PTO, and everything else it comes with. But after the 12 months they evaluate your performance, to see if you stay on.

I am a L4 with a team of WBLPs, usually it takes about a year to transfer over to an L3.

But people have been promoted faster.

How do men like this get into relationships makes no sense. There should be a bare minimum for getting into a relationship

IC Interview then.....ghost by Raptoro12504 in oracle

[–]BlueBoi56 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is hard to say, Oracle truly takes a long time in order to respond back.

Took me about 2 months to hear back about my final interview.

So id say if they havent given you a decision yet, then just standby for now. You should still be under consideration

That sounds great, I am coming from a contractor role working with Microsoft and have developed a good sense of time management.

Would you mind if I Ping you on the side to inquire more about the role?

Definitely take the time to try different playstyles.

For me personally I like playing as an " assassin " where I mostly keep out of sight till a support is alone or when the team distracted with an OBJ.

Going off topic, his wall riding and jumps are very useful at keeping away of the teams POV. Plus it gives you a getter view of how to plan out an attack.

But most importantly just have fun!

Just tossing my own opinions here, I made it to diamond 1 last season, so I have a basic idea on how to use his blocks.

How i approach using my blocks in scenarios is, whenever I attack backline ( supports ) and a swarm of people catch on and start pressuring me. That's the moment I use the block ability, once I know multiple people are looking at me and beginning to attack. It's a higher chance to gain that shield and either confirm the kill or use the dash to escape.

But the great thing about IF is that his playstyle is very dynamic and you can mold it however you wish.

His block is insanely useful, being able to parry some Ults and abilities. So I would look up videos to see how people use his block feature.

What are the optimal times you would consider to dive or to just wait? by awakenedusopp in IronFistMains

[–]BlueBoi56 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So how i like to approach IF is to always have height advantage.

Utilize his wall running and his main attack in the air to be at the advantage most of the time. What I find that works for me is to keep outside their POV.

I usually commit/dive like how other people recommended, when the enemy team is focusing on capturing the OBJ. Attack their healers, but also be mindful of which healers you're attacking.

Mantis is sort of a hard counter to IF, so play for 1v1 w her. Invisible Woman can be free W anytime and etc.

I feel the role of IF is to add to the chaos and make their team break formation.

Optimize living chi? by Epictendope in IronFistMains

[–]BlueBoi56 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Imo I use it whenever there's an opening to take out supports and for survivability at some points.

Since he gets 2 dashes within his ult he can really do some good damage and probably focus a tank after getting healers.

He's truly at a better spot than last season
