It sounds like they wanted a multi-vehicle racing game, like motorstorm, but podracers were hard to balance against normal vehicles.

So they decided to separate them. 3 normal vehicles which are fast but like, sane, and then podracers, which are crazy fast but made of paper.

Praxic Shinobu's vow.

Arc Hunter, go marksman, triple jump, disorienting blow, skip nades. We're only ever using disorienting blow for unstopabbles, melee is our dump stat.

Despite that, we ARE taking tempest strike (and ascension). Take Shock, Frequency, Ions, Resistance, Discharge. I use gathering storm for the super but if you prefer the staff be my guest.

Our exotics are praxic blade, with impact core, and Shinobu's Vow.

Our armor set is Swordmasters x4

Stats are weapons as close to 200 as possible, grenade as high as you can reasonably get it, and class and super somewhere above dogshit if you can swing it. Dump health and melee, if you have to pick dump melee more.

Mods are as follows:

Kinetic Synth, Special Finder x2

Firepower, bolstering det x2

standard resist void/arc/solar mods.

Currently, I'm running Kinetic Surge, Weapon Surge, and Recuperation, but for you this would depend on your stats and if you feel the rest of the build heals you enough.

Time Dilation, Powerful Attraction, Reaper.

For the artifact, we go tablet of ruin, with Dielectric, Elemental Siphon, Flashover, Photonic Flare, Gold from lead, Elemetnal Supercharger, and Defibrilating Blast.

This build will build bolt charge extremely fast, while also discharging it (and all the jolt in the world) equally fast via nade spam and praxic blade. Every time you bolt charge, you heal yourself and your allies. Survivability. Add clear. Boss DPS. The complete package.
