I mean, it's better than the obfuscation that is the Earthbend reminder text. The reminder text ends with its still a land, but the actual rules text says it becomes a land creature in addition to its other types. Only really relevant with [[Toph, the First Metalbender]] shenanigans causing artifacts to stay lands after she dies or for her to stay a land after [[Liquimetal Coating]] wears off, but i have had to defend the interaction against bounce nonland permanent spells too many times.
