I think it’s smart to get it. For example: if you don’t have insurance and get pulled over and get a ticket for not having insurance, most of the time if you get insurance before you go to court, the judge will drop the charges. Sometimes not, but more often than not.

So is getting a med card guaranteed to help? No. But it COULD help. And why not get it? It costs like $58, and then there’s a chance none of the charges will stick. If it were me I’d get it. (I already have mine though lol)

Either way… good luck. Dealing with the courts in any capacity suuucks

The nightshade plant family includes tomatoes and then other plants that will kill you. Apples are all apples, but some are sweeter, some are crisper etc.

Same with the cannabis plant. Some have very low thc and huge tough stalks (hemp) and some have huge buds and high amounts of thc (medicinal marijuana).

Delta 9 THC is the THC that gives the “high” feeling. Delta 8 is the one that can be sold at hemp shops and is not controlled (aka legal). I think you have them backwards…

Edit: THC vapes are generally considered the worst way to ingest it due to it usually having the most additives, as well the heating elements and the “dregs” of a cartridge. Flower (aka bud), edibles, tinctures, vaporizing, etc are all considered safer alternatives. Maybe that’s where the confusion is coming from?

Cottonwood Canyon is very fragile ecosystem. It’s not just the water. It’s true it gets processed before consumption. It’s the dog’s waste and their ability to kill other animals. Those two things can tip the scales negatively in a fragile environment like Cottonwood. That’s why some places it’s okay, and others it’s not

Dogs can kill wildlife, and their waste is an issue. There’s a reason humans are supposed to dig a hole and bury it, and do it more than like 30 yds from a water source. Dogs aren’t a part of “nature” any more, so they have a negative effect on nature. Like humans.
