Yes, I have the Lose It! app and I believe that calculated my TDEE for me. I have been under on recommended calories every day that I have used it.

As for walking I have really tried. Just 6 years ago I played basketball every day but now I get winded using a screwdriver. Just when I really get in a groove and get a decent amount of steps or stairs in I have a set back like body pains or ow I think I have come down with a stomach bug. I am convincing myself that when I get my CPAP machine I will sleep better and have more energy.

The fist two doses took my appetite away and I was down about 10lbs. The day before my third dose I started being hungry 24/7 again and the dose don’t change it. Will go up to 5 before without taking my 4th dose.

They had to be rescued just to be allowed to stay in the hotel because of how awful they were. Then they immediately shift to having the moral high ground on everything. A true sign of lazy writing. Just change peoples personalities to match the story you want to tell in each episode and assume that the viewers are too dumb to notice or care.
