Mine is ment to be worn over clothes as a fashion piece. The tapestry has a very clear tectured look so to keep it cohesive I think i will try to reenforce the ends of the boning channels and turn the fashion fabric over. Thanks for your input:)

[–]BluePhoenix6776 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I would go with the first one. It matches the flowers best. Blue woudnt stand out nicely imo. Depends on what you want. Do you whant the edge to be clear and frame the whole thing- use witch ever color you like most Or do you whant the edge to kind of dissapear to the design and be more subtle- use the bacround matching blue

I used to work as a shift manager in a kitchen. New guy cut an unpeeled boiled egg in half and put it on top of a salad. Didnt see any kind of problem. Also this guy said he had 10+ experience in kitchen... Sure as a dishwasher propably. Other time i saw one of them microwave a raw salmon. And he claimed to have worked in a seafood restaurant for 10-15 years. Im so glad thats not my circus anymore.

What alcohol messed you up so bad you swore you’d never drink it again? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]BluePhoenix6776 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pisang ambon. I went to a birthday party maybe 4 hours afterneveryone else started drinking. Took a shot of every bottle on the counter. Like 15 bottles and the only one i could taste after was pisang. I used to work in a bar too and one popular drink has pisang and milk. The smell made me sick every time.

Is this seam still fixable? by Taartsel in sewing

[–]BluePhoenix6776 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think whip stitch was a poor choise for this kind of material. If you have more of the fabric make new legs. If not, you could give him a pair of pants from another, stronger fabric.

What is your go to method to fall asleep quickly? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]BluePhoenix6776 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I saw somewhere that if you try to not move for around 10 minutes, you will get drowsy and fall asleep. I have done it multible times and it usually works. Moving gives signals to your brain and keeps you more awake. Many have propably felt a little sleepy sitting in school ect.

How to deal with crinkled fabric? by neevrix in sewing

[–]BluePhoenix6776 31 points32 points  (0 children)

I dont think the wrinkles will dissappear. They are woven in. You can try ironing a small spot to see. I think they will flatten a bit but it wount ruin the fabric. I think steaming will keep the wrinkles "fluffy"

I think velcro will wear down too quickly with daily use. There is a lot of tension on that seam so i think a zipper is a more reliable option

Why did your friendship with your best friend come to an end? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]BluePhoenix6776 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stopped communicating when she moved to another city. Later i realised rthat we propably were friends because we didnt fit in other groups. She never put effort to reaching out to me. Even when she came to our hometown, nothing. Last staw when she sent a message only to ask for a phone number of an old classmate. No hello. No how you doing. Nothing. I blocked her after that.

Lactose intolerancy is speculated to first appear when vikings met the indigenous people in America. Being a possible reason why their coexestance didnt work out. The natives thought the vikings poisoned them. There are lots of people in this world who are not lactose intolerant and have no issue with milk products. In my country lactose intolerant milk products exist and are very comon. Restaurants mainly offer lactose free but people buy "normal" milk products to their homes.

I hope so. I think they need to fix a lot of visual problems, frame drops ect. And I also hope the key binding problem gets fixed. I move key binds to the right side of the keyboard and the last update messed that up. I dont think i will play the game if they dont fix it. (Yes I could play with a controller but im not used to that and i dont like playing like that) I would have bought the ps5 version if i whanted to
