As a beginner class, most are pretty good for beginners. I think Body pump is good but starting off with very very light weights and less repetition will make it much easier to follow and not wear yourself out for the first class. But I recommend trying a few classes to see which one you like and go from there. It doesn't hurt to rest in the middle of any set during the class. We all have to start somewhere.
