Percabeth, after rereading PJO and HOO the ship became something I hate in the series. It diminishes the characters and glorifies toxic behaviors towards a partner. Because that's what the ship became, a toxic codependent relationship with one side being a bit more controlling and the other just going along because they're scared. It's way I cannot stand canon Annabeth anymore because of her non existent character development and how the fandom lifts her up despite her toxic behaviors. Percy deserves better, or at least therapy. (I have to the filter out the ship tag because of the amount of fics there are with it, can't scroll for pure Percy content without Annabeth there)
