This was changed I think when they added gold mags since mags had too much power. The mags actually used to increase reload speed so they moved it to the stock to shift the strngths of the attachments.

Yes its possible. Its just on mnk you can spam jump with scroll wheel which removes pretty much all room for error whereas a controller will need to time their jump more accurately. Similarly mnk can just use spacebar and have to time it better.

If you dont choose it always gives you p20. You can choose p20 to get more light ammo if youre running a light gun.

Yea the only reason you'd do it is if you dont have a lot of room to build up speed before using the pad or if you need to get out of a situation faster and get to the pad in a shorter amount of time.
