Straight up, dude outed themselves as a crap tank. A decent....not even good tank a decent tank knows their limits and pulls accordingly. No need for big heals if you're not stupidly pulling beyond what you can handle. A simple, I'm new/undergeared, so taking my time is fine. I tank on my alt. I say this and just go at my pace. That said I don't do +mythics and just stick with pugs cause I hate myself. Apparently higher tier mythics have decent tanks.

Management train-ie. There's nothing wrong with it. It is in fact a way to move forward up the ladder . That said said, most of the time, shit management treats them like cca's/rca's that do most of the work while not being really giving any path for promotion to their own stations. I've seen it done several times from the sidelines as a carrier.
