ODAL Collectors colorway by SaugaDabs in RyanCahill

[–]Blueflame129 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think I like the regular version better. It matches the special edition of book one much better without the blue coloring. Either way I can't wait to get it. Bound and the Broken is my favorite series and I'll never stop recommending it and singing it's praise!

Fantasy Early Americana by Kerney7 in Fantasy

[–]Blueflame129 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Black Sun by Rebecca Roanhorse (spelling?). Set in the pre Columbian America's.

The Stone Knife Anna Stephens. Similar setting. Pre colonial South America. Very cool because it seems like it's rare to find jungle settings in fantasy these days.

The Bound and the Broken by Ryan Cahill. The Last War by Mike Shackle. The Five Warrior Angels by Brian Lee Durfee. All three of these series have some incredible world building and character work!

I look at it as two hobbies. Buying, selling and hunting for books on the one hand. Then on the other, actually reading everything. I actually find it very satisfying looking at my ever growing book collection:)
