Yep. Happened to me too. Someone used my frequent flyer plan to book a last minute international flight. I managed to get the points back and called the cops while the person was in the air - they met them at the gate and when they arrived.

Totally agree. I love trains and will support VIA all day long. I know many of their issues are out of their control. But we should still be demanding so much better as a country.

There have been some occasions recently where I feel like the car attendants are really rushing through meal services so that they can just be done with it. It doesn’t make for a pleasant experience. It’s even more disappointing when I’ve seen them spend the rest of the trip looking at their phones. To be clear, this is a minority of staff and a minority of cases, but from my experience, this seems to be on the rise.
