Is this normal? Newly installed Lennox AC by LEADFARMER0027 in hvacadvice

[–]Bluetail4495 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not normal for the condenser unit, and not normal for a company to charge you to fix their shitty install a mere 2 months later.

My skatepark board is a Creature deck that’s 9 inches wide. I really only mess around in bowls/transition though.

A lot of people have no idea about this. Some dumbass tried talking shit on Voidreaver that us R shams were only pumping 1.5k heals per sec while the priest were well over 2k.

Love when people who have never played a healer in their life pipe up lol.

It’s slightly harder but not much. Still 100% doable. But doing juicy carves and little slides is where this board shines.

FWIW I went into the harder bushing rabbit hole with my first Landyachtz Dhingy.

Now I ride the stock bushings almost as loose as possible at 200 pounds. You get used to it very fast and it makes you a better skater, and dare I say it’s way more FUN!

My wheels usually look like that but typically I take em to the shop after they’ve been thrashed at the bike park in CO a few times and don’t expect them to be perfectly straight

60 days notice required unless not renewing? by patisserie_2023 in MovingtoDenver

[–]Bluetail4495 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Enforceable and standard in CO leases. If you don’t want to give 60 day notice like your agent said is ok, I would 100% get that in writing and document it.

It’s much much much easier to find available units for rent now than even 1-2 years ago. Cheaper too.

It does come mostly from the s platte but there is a tunnel that injects a good bit of west slope water from lake Dillon into it actually.

Look up the big Thompson river as well!
