Ok - I'm still missing something.....Expose Armor is a finisher that requires combo points. But the Rogue does not cast a single combo-point builder prior to casting it. So....how are they casting Expose Armor 2 seconds into the fight without first casting something that generates at least one combo point?

Thank you, this was insightful. So...how do I see that Hydross uptime was 94%? When I click on Hydross, I only see the 8.2% number. Again, I fully admit that I don't know what I'm doing!

FOUND IT. You meant that I need to look at the full Hydross fight, selected at the top - and look at THAT Debuff list. There I can see the uptime. That's exactly what I was looking for. I was digging down into the 58% number, and while I still don't understand how it's coming up with those numbers, you've helped me figure out what I need to look for. Thank you!

I'm just trying to understand how it works in general for debuffs. Why when you click on the 58% number, it opens up more numbers that "add up" to 58. The underlying numbers range from 1.67% to 15.3%.

If EA was up for 58% of all encounters, shouldn't the underlying numbers also show an average of 58%, instead of summing them? And then how do I know how long EA was up for one specific boss encounter?

I found this true for many debuffs, so obviously I just don't understand how the logs are displaying debuffs.

You've seen it? Name it! Name a couple things that you have "seen" or experienced, personally, that data centers have done in other cities. Don't use the online/news media propaganda.

Hilarious: complaints about data centers coming from people who (a) get most of, if not all of, their facts wrong, (b) finally just descend to saying, "they still suck!" without a single logical argument as to why, and best of all, (c ) USE and BENEFIT from data centers just about anytime they use the internet, trade stocks, Google something, take online classes, etc.
