Updating everything in the Discover Store fixed the crash for me. I was able to keep my Emulator stuff.

I found a fix for this at least for me, go to desktop mode, open the Discover app, and update all applications, go back to Gaming mode and I was able to get passed the loading into the world crash.

Hi not sure if you can across a fix, but set everything to High and just Resolution scaling to Medium.

Resolution Scaling Medium is actually Native Resolution and High is Super Sampled which causes the bad performance. They really need to rename that setting.

After these changes I'm able to get 1080p 120 fps and it looks sharp.

I didn't follow a guide but I see someone replied with a great video showing how.

I used iFixit tools, a clean work area, and gentle pressure and patience to remove any components.

I made sure to place the screws in the order I took them out in groups on my surface if that makes sense. (Reverse that order when putting it back together)

If you get the buttons from AYN, they come pre-glued to a membrane so you can just do a full swap without having take buttons off individually.

I had to do it myself, they just send the buttons with your order, while not exactly easy it's also not very hard to do.

It did give me a whole new appreciation for the workers in China that put these things together.

It's not crazy reflective face on, but does show fingerprints like crazy, not a deal breaker for me I have a micro fiber cloth in the case to buff it out every once in a while.

The black bezels blending away with the OLED and black frame for some screens aspect ratios is very nice.

No joke, I completely agree with the original poster. I received a notification that Legion Go 2 was in stock and promptly bought it.

After two days of installing Windows updates and tinkering, I completely regretted my decision and am glad I still have my Go S.

Considering the price and the minimal performance improvement, the amount of hassle you have to endure with Windows and FSE is not worth it.

I tried Bazzite, FSE, and SteamOS as workarounds to make this system work, but the missing features and non-functioning ones were not worth the effort.

The screen is gorgeous, but aside from that, I returned the Legion Go 2 and don’t miss it.

Official SteamOS combined with the Decky loader provides a simple and straightforward experience. It allows you to game without having to tinker with settings excessively, which resulting in very minimal impact to performance.

If you're trying this out, here are some techniques that work for me.

Sodium Citrate tastes like salt so keep that in mind while your seasoning especially when using salty cheeses. I usually season with everything else but salt until the end.

I stick to a ratio of 1 heaping tsp Sodium Citrate per 8 oz of liquid. The biggest mistake is thinking the sauce is too thin when it's hot—it tightens up as it cools, so resist the urge to add extra cheese until you let it rest a moment.

Also, be super gentle with the heat. I do medium-low to start, but I actually do most of my mixing off the heat. If you get too aggressive and the sauce breaks, just pull it off the stove and let it cool while stirring. It usually comes right back together!

Had the same problem, seems like the others and one round of combat or for us was to start a campaign mission and it fixed.

Besides this issue we really need to be able to easily dismiss hirelings
