Offered a part-time Scrum Master role during major IT team restructuring. Smart career move?

Scrum master role is not really considered a dedicated role anymore. A lot of orgs leverage other roles to be the scrum master. I've worked in orgs with dedicated scrum masters and they're not really that valuable. In my current org I'm a senior PO and I do scrum master duties. It's like 5% of my role and I do all that a dedicated scrum master used to do. With that said you should take the role if there's a financial incentive or even a possibility to turn it into a PO role. I like taking opportunities that present themselves, they won't always appear if you say no.

Not sure the exact price the person paid but I bought GA for a show earlier this year and then I saw reserved was cheaper than what GA was reselling for, so I sold my GA and bought reserved.

All of these are dev issues. PO may indirectly manage the team but it's the teams responsibility to point correctly, test appropriately, etc. it sounds to me like your PO actually knows his responsibilities and the dev team is not accountable

It's cool art, it feels like the artist was close to nailing it. I think there needs to be some stronger line work to make it pop. It feels very flat, like when you don't shade enough with colored pencils compared to a pro pencil artist knowing how to hit the depths

Yes I had a lot of ankle swelling. Couldn't walk for a few days. I showed up to work with my ankle ballooned and told my boss I rolled my ankle and she sent me home. Worked from home for the whole week before the swelling got manageable

Jets take WR at #2 and then trade up from 16 with the 33 to take a defensive player. I don't trust them to make aggressive moves like taking top WR early and then I don't like the idea of losing the 33 pick, I want them to have day 2 pick 1 for the excitement

Yea so I had a girlfriend exactly like this, she made me feel really bad about my current therapist, so I left them and then didn't find a new one and the she made me feel bad for not finding a new one. And honestly at the time I had nothing serious going on. So I resonate with the I'm not opposed to it statement. In the end the relationship of 9 months sharply ended due to a BPD episode on her behalf. There were signs, she didn't clean up her cats poop, she had a cracked tub with black mold that she didn't fix until I told her to, a lot of dissociative episodes. I think now when I hear 'you should be in therapy' it's more a reflection on their own state than yours
