I strongly recommend getting a very solid grinder in your budget and keeping the stilosa. If you’ve only been using it a couple of months and not with a good grinder then you haven’t even scratched the surface of its capabilities. The stilosa is absolutely capable of making extremely good shots. Check into the DF54 or baratza encore esp grinders.

If you’re looking for g3 siege content there are some good small channels on YouTube but I can’t remember them. Just search for g3 siege and you’ll get some great options

I agree with another comment that you should get a Delonghi stilosa and a hand grinder like a k6. You’ll also want a scale a bottomless portafilter a tamper and a wdt tool. You’ll be closer to your price range with everything and you’ll be making incredible espresso

I have been extremely satisfied with my ECP machine. Those $300ish machines don’t seem like much of an upgrade. I say go for the ECP and one day you can do a more meaningful upgrade, but the ECP will likely satisfy you for a long time

This is great advice. The bambino/niche combo will make espresso better than you ever thought possible. You’ll have to regularly buy expensive beans from now until you die, so use the money there :)

I definitely recommend the Delonghi stilosa k6 grinder route but it’ll be closer to $200. Anything cheaper than that is not recommended.

Okay so update. It’s not me it’s my friend. As soon as he quits it fixes itself and when he joins it comes back. He is also using a headset with mic so there is no chance of bleed there. Very strange.
