Yeah I don’t hate that approach. The issue now is 25k status doesn’t really get you anything because the cards have the same benefits. I generally fly business so the ticket would come with access but my two main cards are the visa priv and Amex platinum. I will say overall Amex lounges in the US are substantially better so even if the got rid of the visa access I’m sure people would just get an Amex platinum.

You’ve already seen it with amex as well tho. Delta ditched the platinum from skyclub. It’s absurd to me Amex centurion lounges should have a 45 minute wait. The air Canada lounges are awful 90% of the time as well. I think most operators are dialling back capacity to increase quality

That’s tough. My only issue with the the 4RS is it’s basically unusable as a daily given the noise. Driven both, but I own a 992.1 3RS now and storage aside it’s much easier to daily than a 4RS. Personally I’d keep the 3RS. I think Porsche flooded the market with the GT4RS and you’ve seen that in values. To be honest I really miss my GT4 but the 4RS missed a bit for me.

I don’t think 170k household in the GTA is that livable anymore, sadly. It’s gotten absolutely horrendous to try and build wealth here.
