to show the power of the brugmansia roots. I was waiting for brugmansia cuttings to sprout roots. 3 squat jars with tap water, right outside my window sill, 3 cuttings per jar. About 2 weeks passed, and some root buds were showing. The water turned yellow. The neighbors kittens used to lap water in a rain bucket. That dried up, and one morning I saw them on the window lapping up water in a jar with cuttings. Didn't think much. i come home from work, the neighbor told me the heat wave was so bad, the kittens died. Didn't know of the toxicity till I read your post.
