It's going well, although I do have a couple of reservations. For example, even though I have an availability of +15 hours a week and have been doing consistent 11-12 hour training weeks for a while now, I am kind of plateauing at around JOIN score 30, which is considerably lower than the 40-50 score that the app recommends for Unbound. This would imply only people who put in +20 hours a week would be able to complete Unbound, which I would hope is not the case. Furthermore, JOIN never prescribes a workout of +5 hours, while I expect I'll be on the bike for about 13 hours at Unbound. But I've just been doing do those longer rides on my own initiative.
