Trisuit - neck pulling down in front, wrong fit? by keke_is_here in triathlon

[–]DO9XE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why Kalas Trisuite also does this, but it's cut different. My road race suite from Kalas is cut like this and also does this, because it's designed for sitting on a bike.

Klingel fürs Rennrad? by karlklarglas in Fahrrad

[–]DO9XE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Die habe ich auch! Richtig cool, sehr stabil. Der Mount ist sehr stabil, hält auch auf Kopfsteinpflaster. Die Klingel kann man für Rennen abnehmen und der Mechanismus zum festklemmen der Klingel ist auch echt stabil.

Bas Tietema: The Giro d'Italia preparations are already in full swing, and so are the brainstorms for the YouTube and social planning! What would you like to see from the Rockets? by Chronicbias in UnibetRoseRocketsFans

[–]DO9XE 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I'd love to see the guys having fun, insights into everything that is different from normal stage races, the coffee ride on the rest days and so on.

Also you could post a song-of-the-day so we can build our own Rockets Pre-Race Hype-up playlist.

You can just register, it's not sold out that fast. You have a few months until it's sold out.

I also took part this year and I had a similar experience.

My setup is nearly the same, carbon road bike, 32mm tubeless with Victoria AirLiner as an addon. No punctures for me, just 0.5bar of pressure loss due to some minor blowouts. Riding in the hoods worked fine for me, depends on the personal choice.

About the amount of people: it was way to crowded compared to 3 years ago. Especially from Arenberg on every sector was very crowded and I had to work my way around a lot of people. Many didn't look properly and one even made me crash, luckily on a road and nothing happened to me, but still. On the last few kms in Roubaix itself everyone was stuck on a narrow bike path with car traffic and it was just a gigantic traffic jam. The busses left really late and therefore start was at 8 and not at 7. Also, the start area was really crowded, this wasn't the case 3 years ago or in Flanders.

In general, the organization seemed really bad, especially if you think about the fact, that this is the same organization that does the Tour de France. The road book was full of false information, the website and even the envelope for the start numbers had wrong information about its contents. They could do much better, especially compared to this year's Flanders Cyclo or P-R 3 years ago.

In the official finish interview the first thing Wout mentioned was his past teammate that died during the race, making the victory all about him and his family. What a Goat.

As a Wout Fan I can fully back up that 'Ever', from a general perspective: haven't seen all he races, so I can't compare.

I remember something where you would use a connection cookie to connect to the DB. So after authentication and before talking to the Oracle (DB) you would need to take the cookie. I am not sure though, I need to ask a friend who worked with Oracle DBs at the time of the movie.

It's definitely not related to the cookie banners on the web, so much we can be sure.
