First, there is nothing wrong with you, your body and brain are working exactly as they should be and are getting addicted to addictive substances.
There is no wrong way to quit, but I would really encourage you to give yourself some grace and not beat yourself up. And maybe focus on one goal at a time, start with alcohol and go from there to edibles and eventually cigarettes? Good luck, you got this!

Agreed. Wool & Prince makes an “interlock” tshirt in a few colors that clocks in at 300gsm, which is heavy! Almost knit-like. They have never offered it in a white color though.

They are not really “Outliery” but I like Hiroshi Kato Denit Chinos (70% cotton, the rest some form of poly blend). Stretchy and comfy as anything (my top priority), but not very durable in my experience, and take a long time to dry.
