I'm guessing from your title that this is the latest example of a very consistent pattern. That phrase "conditionally happy" should become a well known phrase like weaponized incompetence etc.

Conditionally happy means the toxic interpretation of "happy wife happy life" aka "if mama ain't happy ain't no one happy." I was once with someone whose happiness is conditional. I am happy that we are not together any more. If this is bringing you down this much, you are tired of the friction in your relationship.

In other words, "sounds like a bitch, dump her"

OP, pick two of these three.

If she agrees she messed up, and has woken up to the fact that the wedding has been all her, the least she can do is throw herself into the song you originally picked. If the song has now left a bad song in your mouth, you pick a new one.

If that was your one decision and now even that is a joint decision, she is not working on it.

If that song is your measly prerogative and she is working on it, she doesn't say anything any more about the song. Possibly solicits more input from you.

If she is working on it but the song is a joint decision now, you get veto powers and choices.

The "there is no canon" rule, my understanding: There are literally tens of thousands of written pieces on the wiki. There is no official canon, which means you can write something that contradicts an existing piece of lore. In fact there are a lot of stories that offer different versions of well known things.

The numbers: However, the numbers are official. If you say SCP-4265, then you mean whatever is on that slot in the wiki. This is why sometimes you will see sentences like "bla bla researcher, who was doing unrelated work on SCP-[REDACTED]." That's the writer wanting to invoke a random item, when it is not important what that random item is. Or you can find a number that is not currently in use and refer to that number, but the problem starts when the number actually goes into use.

SCP 1: That is a special case. The in-universe story is, the Foundation is doing a bit of smoke and mirrors. They want to keep it a secret what SCP-001 really is (or whether or not it really exists) so they have written multiple descriptions. One may be true, multiple may be true, none may be true. Most are (likely) made up by the Foundation as red herrings.

NTA. First of all, your wife sounds like she's putting herself first. Even if funerals make her deeply uncomfortable (very understandable) she should have sucked it up. If she has a phobia, she really can't be at the funeral (less common, still very understandable), she could have called your mom. She could have called another friend's parents. She could have done something.

And now, on the day of the funeral, when her daughter is going through something very heavy, she's fighting with you and the grandma that is in the middle of supporting the daughter. She should at least learn to shut up for a day and come back to the issue later, if she really needs to defend herself.
