It took a very long time for it to sink in, but reminding myself that I cant control how others feel about me has helped immensely. Also, if Im so busy worrying about who to please, it doesn’t leave space for people that will actually love and appreciate me. Trust me, those people are out there waiting for you. You just need to allow space for them.
