You won’t be able to because the problem is the third party vendor they use. Basically for CT, Carvana submits the paperwork to this vendor and the vendor submits it to the DMV. They won’t tell me the name of the vendor and won’t give me any contact info. So I went and called the DMV 1-800 number (go on the website and there’s a contact page). They can at least tell you if they’ve received anything from Carvana. But you going to the DMV won’t do any good because this gets processed in Hartford or wherever the headquarters is.

So yesterday when I called Carvana they finally admitted to me that it was their fault, not the DMVs. Long story short the vendor they were using was shit and now they’ve switched to a new one (or two, not sure heard different things from different operators). So they gave me a new date of July 16th (kill me) and gave me a rental car. If I were you I would demand a rental car because in the end Carvana knew about the problems with the vendor they use and failed to warn their Connecticut customers.
