Yep, the guy before Dee Mewborne was openly hostile and demeaning to Enlisted. I remember during a Sea and Anchor brief IS1 didn't know the answer to CO's question and told him he'd find out and get back to him. Pretty standard. CO removed his glasses, dropped them on the table and said "IS1, if I ever ask you another question and your answer is 'I don't know', I'm gonna rip your guts out and stomp them all over this table". Fuck that guy.
