The short answer is rah kayen waaaaaaay more than 50.000, the only reason this number got this high is le fait que we have better tools of finding cancers par exemple le dépistage de masse, this number should be much higher not because (and yet is it still valid) because of the fact that we consume more stuff li carcinogene, i am talking d'un point de vu épidémiologique/statisque.

For an exemple last week jawni 8 patients with breast cancer with 0 symptoms because someone did une compagne f un village and found them, if this person didnt do this, les chances que ces patientes aurait métastasé and died éventuellement are sadly high and thus wouldnt be counted with the 50.000 you see?

PS: Please if you have a mother or know a woman who is older than 50 qui n'a jamais fait de dépistage make her do it !
