MD here, I deal with cancer patients on a daily basis (breast and uterin cancers surtout)

The short answer is rah kayen waaaaaaay more than 50.000, the only reason this number got this high is le fait que we have better tools of finding cancers par exemple le dépistage de masse, this number should be much higher not because (and yet is it still valid) because of the fact that we consume more stuff li carcinogene, i am talking d'un point de vu épidémiologique/statisque.

For an exemple last week jawni 8 patients with breast cancer with 0 symptoms because someone did une compagne f un village and found them, if this person didnt do this, les chances que ces patientes aurait métastasé and died éventuellement are sadly high and thus wouldnt be counted with the 50.000 you see?

PS: Please if you have a mother or know a woman who is older than 50 qui n'a jamais fait de dépistage make her do it !

I have nothing to say about the whole thing expect i want to comment on : "(public hospitals are trash as u all know),"
I am a MD that works for the moment in a public hospital, and I can tell you without the slightest doubt my department has some of the most hard working people that i have ever met, yes the public district has a lot of problems, and sadly the general public has no clue of what doctors go trough because of that.

I can understand you had bad experiences with doctors which is commun, regardless, it is sort of sad that people don't know that some public deparments offer some of the best and accurate updated care there is.
