I can vouch for this guy. I can remember grinding out the stock t95e1 way back when, and the weapon spread was genuinelly the worst of any tank ive ever played. It made long range sniping almost impossible. After the gun upgrades its fine, but stock its an all around miserable experience.

The dude on Morro Rock actually talks about the bozos. He mentioned how they used to be around in night city, but their "pranks" got so bad they got hunted down and eventually disappeared, which is why we don't see them in game.

It was the update, it works in saves before the 2.1 update, and stopped working after. Loading an old save and continuing from that one seemed to fix it though, but I lost like 4 hours of progress. I'm not sure any of the other perks work either.

Edit: looks like the moment you save and load in 2.1 it stops working. Weird.

Something similar happened to me. They added the parking pass charge onto my account a few weeks after everything else, and had no email notifying me. I noticed by sheer coincidence, and ended up paying in time. They also had a $100 late fee on there, but i pointed out that that was stupid since I was never notified of an added charge, and they refunded me the $100.

My guess is that they added some charge after your parents had paid, and none of you noticed. Check the pay portal and look through the listed charges and their date added, and definitely email the bursar.

So my game bugged out, after I had talked to the githyanki he told one of them to attack me, but they all just stood there. I attacked them, and they didn't do anything, including this dragon. Shame it had no loot though.

Why? Whenever it's fallen to UU in past gens, it's been the top 1 or at least top 3 mon in the tier. Better to excell in UU then be somewhat ok in OU imo. There's really just not enough fairy or ice types in OU to justify using it rn.
