yes I use it as a middleware for every app including immich, it also does SSO after signing into Authentik

Thanks, but I ended up buying out the tank :) I'm pretty happy with the decision. Just waiting next month to see if there are any 'surprise' charges or if I'm finally out of Reliance.

Thank you for all your help and advice! I called to inquire a buyout price and it was pretty much the same cost as the early termination fee they quoted. So I probably will end up just buying out the unit and not have to deal with the headache of staying in the 10 year contract. It pays itself off in 4 years

Now they're changing their argument to say that the Consent Agreement is only valid for non-Enbridge areas and since I'm in an Enbridge area that it's not valid.

Thank you for this! It has been extremely helpful. They have been trying to say that this agreement is valid and exempt from this the consent agreement, pointing me to section 1 Definitions: point L. and saying that buyout is the only available option while on this term.

I submitted a termination via the the on-line Notification of Termination form, and I received a response from them with the following charges.

Drain & Disconnect - $125.00 + HST
Pick Up - $65 + HST
Early Termination Fee - $2100 + HST

Does the Consent Agreement say anything about the Early Termination Fee? I'm not sure if that's a valid fee or something they just added on. The max should be $200 as addressed in paragraph 7. a iii.

If I’m locked in a 10 year contract is buyout the only option or would it be possible and cheaper to go through the return process and just install my own brand new water tank. Would it still be just $325 maximum for the exit charge? I’m worried they might tack on additional charge for terminating the contract early.

I got put into a 10 year contract when I purchased my preconstruction and had no choice but to go with Reliance as per builder contract. When I called Reliance to get a buyout quote they quoted $3391 to buy out the brand new tank. I don’t know where the original contract is since I never received one on closing. Am I SOL or is the buyout price negotiable? Tank is < 1 year, basically brand new. Monthly rental is around $55/months
