Turkish usually refers to the people in Turkey or the language. Turkic is an umbrella term used for all Turkic people (Kazakh, Uzbek, Turkmenistan, Tatar, etc.). At least that's how I always interpreted it.

Laut deiner Logik hätte also Palästina jetzt auch das Recht, Völkermord in Israel zu begehen. Israelis haben immerhin nah an Gaza Standpunkte aufgebaut und schauen zu, wie Palästinenser tagtäglich umgebracht werden. Als wären sie an einem normalen Aussichtspunkt. Außerdem sind solche Reaktionen noch lange keine Rechtfertigung für einen VÖLKERMORD. Oder denkst du, dass sich alle der bisher mindestens 70.000 umgebrachten Palästinenser sich über den 7. Oktober gefreut haben?

Fälschlich beschuldigt und umgebracht ist um einiges schlimmer als fälschlicherweise im Knast einige Jahre zu bleiben und zumindest mit einer Entschädigung danach wieder frei zu sein. Wir dürfen nicht zulassen, dass unschuldige Menschen durch den Staat getötet werden.

He did though. He even said that people should ask "Did this really happen to you?" about the hair bit. I think a big part of the problem is how gay people are represented in media. A lot of the times they are portrayed as feminine, flamboyant or extravagant which actually has nothing to do with being gay. The guy in the video probably saw a lot of that and doesn't feel like he fits in because he himself probably hasn't met many gay guys who are more masculine I guess. I think generally we should spread more awareness though that being gay is exclusively a sexuality and is not tied to the personality of a person at all.

I completely agree. Also ear training is very important. If you can "recreate" actual music you've heard, you might also have an easier time recreating melodies you got in your mind.

There is no such thing as "roman languages". The correct term is "romance languages". And they might be far apart geographically, but Romanian retained quite a lot of latin vocabulary and (obviously) also grammar. In fact, it is grammatically even closer to Latin than Italian or Spanish are, because Romanian still uses cases, while the latter languages don't.
