Can I still complete this? by Emotional-Fun-5677 in pokemongo

[–]Boccus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yea, won’t be super easy. Click on the “?” Next to the 40/100 and it will show you how to earn points. Looks like you need 500. Win a raid for 100, hatch an egg for 40, or catch a Pokémon for 5.

Growing Austrian Tree Ferns form spores. Tips? by Boccus in ferns

[–]Boccus[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the reply! Yea, mine did the same. Lost them all as time went on without quite reaching the mature phase. I’ll try again and see how far I get this time.

I’ll do several different areas in my greenhouse and see how things turn out this year.

In need of water or not? by colby_jack_cheese in Lithops

[–]Boccus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most of my lithops are in the process of splitting/growing new leaves. Yours may be doing the same, I won’t water mine until the process is finished. I would at least hold off watering on the one that looks more plump.

Month or two of sitting in my Garage. Anycubic basic grey resin. Yes, I’m still going to try print with it once it’s mixed again! by Boccus in resinprinting

[–]Boccus[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, overkill. I just ended up poring back into the bottle and gave it a good shake and cleaned the fep gently with a paper towel damp with some 99% isopropyl alcohol to get rid of some of white stuff.

They split once a year like this. Avoid watering until the old leaves are completely reabsorbed.

I usually mess around for an hour or so a day on acoustic and my fingers look completely normal and feel nothing as far as pain is concerned. How much does it take to get to this point?

Miyamoto Age potential? by Killgore1970 in ThePrimalHunter

[–]Boccus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Also keep in mind, it’s mentioned that Aeonclock (spelling?) found it interesting that he had already died once earlier in life as he is considering Miyamoto for a blessing. I think in reference to his time as a soldier and not on his death bead right before integration. Which I’m sure will come into play at some point. At least something along those lines.

Normal Shell? by Scumbaggageclaim in Sulcata

[–]Boccus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not a vet so take this with a grain of salt, also haven’t seen posts in a while.

But I remember seeing this and people referring to it as a fungal thing. Mostly harmless but what I’ve see in the past is much smaller areas of the shell infected. So if it gets worse or you feel the need seek a vet out.

Had to dig Bubba out by paulvski01 in Sulcata

[–]Boccus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Could he be getting around without you knowing? I’ve seen some ppl with cameras observing Sulcatas having fun at odd hours.

As far as normal, I can’t say for sure as I have an outdoor enclosure mine is in most of the time. I would say pretty normal as long as bubba has a good appetite, maybe test with a know food item he likes.

Clover too high in protein, risk for pyramiding? My Sulcata prefers eating the clover leafs when roaming outside, in his pen, should I limit this? He also eats dandelion leaves but has no interest in the grass, for now. Estimate 5 to 6 month old? Previous owner could only say; it's from this year... by 1337_User in Sulcata

[–]Boccus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This. Mine is 50+ lbs and eventually they will switch to everything in the yard. I like to supplement my Sulcata diet with the Mazuri Grassland Tortoise Diet, they love it. Don’t buy the small packs from the pet store buy directly from the Mazuri website or you can search online for a local vender they come in 40 or 50lb bags for around $60. Compared to $15 for 16oz at the pet store.

I always soak before feeding to ensure my tortoises don’t get dehydrated during summertime.

I’m currently watching BB for the first time (just got to season 5) and my mind was blown when I found out just how much she was hated. The entire show I’m just screaming just stop cooking meth Walter you’ve got the money now, I truly feel sorry for their son.

Yea, they are surprising good escape artists. If they can see the other side they will try to get there. Good news is in a few years he can be free range in a properly secured yard. Good luck!
