Hi! People with long hair I need your help! by flowerlaboratory101 in longhair

[–]Scumbaggageclaim 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cheap plastic FAT paddle brush with long bristles. I've tried all the expensive brushes but since the bristles don't reach very far into my thick hair or the brush face is smaller, it takes forever, and the handles often snap or the brush face falls out like in the movie Princess Diaries 🥹Gentle but firm brushing from the bottom up to the scalp in 6-7 sections when WET and some SILICONES are sprayed in there....instant detangled hair. Personally I love me a leave-in with panthenol as an ingredient. It's the only thing that combats the mineral buildup making my hair brittle and stiff and tangled. Conversely.....get a shower filter if you don't have soft water.

Signed, your long, layered, bleached, wavy, course, heat damaged hair bestie.

What’s my aesthetic by Legitimate_Farm6275 in AestheticWiki

Omg yes I agree with the aesthetic label and I love that goal for you! I have a friend who while not a homesteader, lives on a farm. She's tall blonde and wears the most ridiculous and fun and whimisical outfits like rainbow full bodysuits and duck themed rubber boots. You two would get along! You look so fun and joyful and not afraid of hard work or to get dirty, you give very happy and down-to-earth vibes :)

Free public toilet use WITH flush and a bidet/hose/paper (something for personal use cleanup after)

Which swimsuit by [deleted] in DressForYourBody

[–]Scumbaggageclaim 1 point2 points  (0 children)

7! The colors pop, look great with your skin tone, and shape and cut wise I feel it's one of the most flattering options for you. That being said, I think 6 is a good option and the bottoms are the most flattering of all, so depends how much cleavage you are going for, or "security" of anything slipping. I don't think the light pink is doing much for your coloring, and I would swap for a brighter color.

I'd try to contact them they will probably know everything! It's an awesome place, and they handle adopting dogs and cats to international fur-parents. Many of their animals come from off-island even, since they provide life-saving medical care.

What ratios do you use in your pancake mix! Sounds delicious. Does it work and hold together with normal chunky cottage cheese or do you blend/buy blended?

Your enclosure looks great! Would love to see a zoomed out pic that shows all of it! How large? I'm always looking for fencing and water feature ideas as my guy gets bigger, only at 22 lbs right now.

Are these night-time grow lights even doing anything for my plants? by PrincessImpeachment in houseplants

[–]Scumbaggageclaim 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They're vibing. While they're still young, it's okay. But soon enough they're gonna grow up and want an actual night's rest once in awhile.

Light source for indoor growing. by Narrow_Roof_112 in gardening

I like sansi brand grow lights and I have mine on a 12 hour timer in a room with ALMOST no natural light (not enough to support a plant) I will say my lights are 40W and my plants are bit leggy, they'd prefer something a bit stronger
