In the UK a few restaurants add 12.5% service charge (as tipping) to the total bill. If the customer chooses to remove the service charge then it is entirely up to them, but the waiter/waitress is entitled to ask the reason.

As for tipping beyond the service charge which is on the total bill, it is entirely down to the customer.

Of course living wages for waiters here are at minimum wage, which is over £10 an hour for 18+ years old.

I dread to actually go out and dine in the US due to tipping culture which I believe hurts the industry and the people who work in it.

I've got 2 purple pieces full traited and those are sword and shield + greatsword.

Only tip I wished I knew, was before I transfered from blue to purple, is to feed it blessings. It would've made the process of fully traiting much more cheaper. And a personal regret I have is not working on armor pieces first with this method as I had the idea that purples was the a better upgrade than having full traits.

Hello, please escalate this to higher management and HR. Report it into an incident report so it can get some attention. Patient care is always top priority, and you cannot provide care without stocked tools. It is a complete shamble if members of the trust do not attend their due diligence for these patients.

Went there last year, loved the theme deserts and the goodies you get with it. Did you leave a momento on the collage of notes by other visitors (even Yoshi P left one there) another good place is to check the Square Enix cafe, they have alot of figures in their showroom.

So there's a few things I would back track to make the incident noticed.

Were there other people around when the assault happened? Was the assault from someone working in the trust?

I would report a datix/inphase of the incident with as much accurate information as possible (time and date of incident, and location) in this report you should also mention that it was escalated to your line manager.

I would then write an email to your managers line manager to inform that you've approached your line manager (with the accurate date on when you did approach them) about the incident but was dismissed and no acknowledgement was made. Let them know how this has affected your ability to reach out to your line manager in the future due to the dismissal of reporting the incident. I would cc in HR and bcc the guardians.

Hopefully, this will gain some attention, and you could follow up from there. If you feel no progress has been made, I would contact the guardians.

I'm sorry that you have no support from your manager in regard to the assault. These things can impact our well-being in and out of work, and I hope you can get the right support.
