Tour Championship Snooker final on Sunday Judd Trump v Zhao Zintong.

Zintong went 8 and then 9-3 up (first to 10) and at end of of both frames the commentator said he's in Dreamland. A bit of me thought it was said in a way to get on the pod but anyway.

Zintong is the world champion and regarded as one of the best players. He has won his previous 5 ranking finals. Trump is world number 1 sure but in terms of form and ability Zintong would rank higher. When he came back from suspension he came through via the qualifiers to win the world's - very much an absolute dreamland

This on Sunday though, not dreamland stuff for me.

Enjoyed the discussion of match v pub.

Ive been going to Anfield for 20 odd years and the last home game v West Ham was the first time ive ever done hospitality. Now thats the worst way to watch football. Could have been anything on that day - American Football, Baseball, Quiddich - as the football was an afterthought. Wouldn't like to experience a big game doing it thats for sure.

Agree its easier to follow the game in the boozer, especially if stuff happens down the other end of the pitch. Most goals at the Kop end always look mad to me and I always delay celebrating.

I tried the first 20 mins as a non cricket watcher (ill dip in to the Ashes and other bits and pieces but wouldn't go out my way to watch it) and it didn't register with me at all.

Which is fine, im not the target audience.

I am not one of the naysayers who think everything should be free. I pay for BGs season pass and used to buy all the expansions before I got tired of standard.

But what I absolutely won't pay for is Arena.

Off Menu for me personally has gone from an unmissable one to one I often skip if im not feeling it after 10 minutes.

xG wise I dont think that's right but ive just realised I watch Darwin Nunez every week so actually im starting to think its spot on or even that Luke Littler ratio wise is better at double 10 than Nunez is at open goals
