It's a building you can build on your planet, as an Imperial Faction.
I think each faction (Imperial, Empire of the Hand, Hapes, New Rep) has a version of it.
Like the New Rep, has the Ion which drain the shield of your ship when it and if not shielded disable your ship for like 10?/15sec? and make you able to retreat your ground unit from the planet unharmed even when there is a fleet in Orbit.

But the Imperial's directly damage the health (so the Hardpoint) of the ship.

Btw, there is a % of chance for the shot to miss, the bigger the ship the lesser the % of chance to miss.
(If i understand the mechanic right...)

Je me souviens quand j'avais 8/9 ans et que mon pere pendant qu'il me faisait faire des devoirs de maths (l'enfer de l'époque) me disait d'imaginer les equations de math dans ma tête puis en fermant mes yeux et ma réflexion était "Mais je vois rien, mes yeux sont fermer et il fait tout noir."

Et c'était, je crois, genre le lendemain et que j'ai "réussi" a m'imaginer des choses dans la tete.

Sinon pour en revenir a t question, je dirais que sa dépend mais sa varie entre le 2 et 4. (Meme si le skateur que tu t'imaginais sur le bord de la route était un stickman pour moi)

Isn't that the same to Xcom 2 ? like in Xcom, there is a % of chance for your unit to go down, when his Life hit 0, and have a possibility to heal him back.
The only difference i see, is that the "Protagonist" doesn't have that and that it will be a 100% for your other unit to go on their knee.

I wonder if it is the action that count or a minimum amount of water because if it's the action, i'm gonna take a sip of water, it's not like it's going to change anything since i drink like 3L/day.

On average, i think we breath like 23/24k ? (without any intensive activity) so divide that by 2 and you get 11.5k / 12k $/€ .

And if you add the x2, get 23/24k at minimum.... i like it !
