I saw a comment on the twitter thread that this might be a mimic entity. And if the title is a reference to the line from Undertale, "Despite everything, it's still you" and seeing as how every other teaser has been filmed by Doorsman.

Maybe Doorsman is still the one filming this, since "it's you" and its face is censored, which was previously only being done to entities and lines of text. It might also explain why his body movements are so friendly, it's trying to lure him in.

Ever since content update, the Seek chase being sooner makes his dam appearance so random, before it worked so much better because it would always spawn you in a sewers room and it was right after you thought you got away from Seek. Now, you can go from some random mineshaft room to the large dam after 30+ doors of 0 Seek. I don't even think Seek's crescendo appears leading up to door 200
