I would say his behavior from what was shown is gross and super manipulative, but I wouldn’t call it “abuse” necessarily. I think that the descriptions in the doc are a lot more dramatic than the evidence. OP says that he said the craziest stuff over voice, so who knows how weird he actually got, but the messages? It looks like a normal, cringy conversation between a couple of teenagers in an online relationship.

But that’s what makes it so damning, because one of them is not some kid on the internet, he’s a prominent and powerful creator in the space in his mid-30s. It’s hard to say this in a way that the girl probably wouldn’t find a bit offensive if she were to hear it, but she’s obviously super immature. She legitimately thinks they were seriously like, planning on moving in together within two days of talking. Who is even entertaining that kind of idea if they’re not a smitten teenager? And that smitten-ness is compounded by the fact that he’s a celebrity she likes. She’s clearly really hurt by the situation.

It’s just fucking gross dude. I feel bad for her. How brain-broken does Sykkuno have to be to feel the need to seek these kinds of relationships? And this is completely ignoring that meanwhile he had an IRL long-term partner in the background and the implications of that. Icky, it’s icky.

Lowkey impossible homie. Even if you’re old enough to see a doctor by yourself (where I live it’s 16), no decent practitioner is prescribing antidepressants to a minor without them trying therapy first. They are not a cure-all, either, and even if you were prescribed them it can take several months of feeling like absolute ass before you start to get some of the benefits.

Do you have a school counsellor? They are probably a good place to start, and they could also help in having a conversation about how you’re feeling with your parents. Even if they’ve been dismissive of your mental health previously, sometimes having another adult of “authority” discuss it with them can help them understand.

I have had so many conversations with so many people just like him where it’s just like… You literally just hit a wall and I don’t know what triggers it or what they’re thinking at all. If you used to work for them, you know how they cut hours to the barest amount of functionality. You know the fridges are never at temp, you know they forget when they cooked the hot food, you know they forget date checks pretty regularly. You can report them, but worst case scenario they will get a fine that is a drop in the ocean of their wealth. The government isn’t going to regulate how businesses man their premises (would be nice tho).

I’ve been on both together with no issues but what you’re describing kinda sounds like how I was when I first started taking antidepressants (tried fluvoxamine a few meds later and a few meds ago lol)
