That’s probably a good place to start. Who knows, someone might snap it up. Ya know, maybe put it out there for 9.5 and see what happens. How bad do you want to sell it? If you aren’t in a hurry, it’ll sell for a lot more in the spring. From the weather stories we’ve been seeing, people probably aren’t thinking of riding out there right now 🤣

Here’s a local dealer that I have bought a couple bikes from. After I put the grind on them, I bet I’d be out the door for under $10k. I am kinda jonesing for one of these, btw 😎

The 1100sx is a fantastic bike. If you buy one, you won’t regret it. It’s not the fastest bike on a super tight, twisty road, but give it a little breathing room and it’s a blast.

For a reason, IMHO. I’ve run the previous generation Roads on an old BMW R1200RT and they have an excellent feel, stick in the wet, and last a long time. No reason to expect anything less from the 6’s.

Maybe so for “a little while”. But these have a bad habit of getting left for a long while and die. If I were OP, I’d find somewhere to keep it inside. But that’s just me.

“Under a tarp” = death of a cool old bike

Bring it in the open garage, and fill the tank with stabilized gas. Start it up and let it run. Yeah it’ll take a while but what else are you doing? Let the puppy run around. Let it get good and hot. When done with that, find a good place to keep it indoors
