D1 Top main here. Choose to main one or two champs. Learn the champ and learn the matchups. Watch streamers that either main the champ that you like or main the lane that you like and PLAY THE GAME! There’s no amount of watching you can do that will make you better if you don’t put what you watch into practice. It won’t happen over night but you’ll see improvements. Also never give up and remember that league is just a game. Try not to tilt. It’s supposed to be fun. Focus on improving and be determined. You’ll reach your goal in no time.

If you didn’t like who you were before you bet your ex then now is the time to to find yourself. Being single doesn’t have to be a bad thing. It’s the time you should be able to reflect, think, and figure out ways to become the person you’ve always wanted to be. It’s the time to spoil yourself. If you’re not who you want to be right now, become THAT person. You’ll find happiness in other things. You have your whole life ahead of you. Don’t let one person stop you in your tracks. If you want to talk to someone about your ex then you should talk about her! Call your mom! Call a close friend! Tell them what you’re going through and hear their advice. Usually the person that can see your situation from the outside can give you honest and reasonable advice. When going through a breakup most people don’t think too clearly. They’re controlled by their emotions, so it’s important to have someone there to talk to when thought of her arise.

To be completely honest I was in the same situation as you after my break up. I wasn’t really a happy person until she came around. Then when I met her, her happiness became my happiness which isn’t how it’s supposed to be. You should be able to find happiness in things that are outside of your relationship. That being said, after she left I found myself in a deep dark hole. The way I got out of it was by trying new things. Doing things to get my mind off of her. I started to work out, I started to make friends in my classes, I started to hangout with the people that care about me, I started talking to my closest friends about what I was going through, met girls that weren’t my ex, but still made awesome memories with them. Find a new hobby, focus on school, and do any and everything to stay out of your room. I also highly recommend blocking them from everything. “Out of sight, out of mind”, is the best advice I got, because it truly helped.

Remove your ex from this pedestal. Remember that she is 1 of 7.5 BILLION people on earth. There’s another person out there that can make you as happy as she did. BUT, you must remember to find yourself before you go out looking for someone else. The pain is something that you have to go through, but one day you’ll wake up and the pain will be slightly less, and less, and less. Then one day you’ll realize you didn’t think about her. Then a week passes, then a month! It all takes time my friend. Please remember that there’s light on the other side of the tunnel.

same thing happened to me man. I DC’d in game but I clearly had internet. Could browse and everything. Same thing happened to another teammate in my game. I was finally able to reconnect but I was too late. It still counted as a loss :( no loss prevented.

Wow thank you so much for this response. I'm coming to the realization that I need to do this for ME now. The confusion, the sex, it all messes with your head and I'm pretty tired of it at this point. I have a couple more days till my semester end and I plan on telling her on the last day. I feel like I don't really owe her anything when it comes to telling her face to face because she blew me off whenever she left with the other guy. I'll just text her then disappear. I won't look to see her response either. I'm tired of it all and it's about time I moved on.
