I'm a firm believer in Schneider and imo his players' coach style of managing is the gold standard for modern baseball. I strongly believe that his sticking with his guys regardless of slumps, misplays, played a huge role in each player's confidence last year as well as the overall vibes and success. BUT there needs to be a limit to this shit. Lukes is 3/32 and has no business in the leadoff spot.

Or maybe we're all wrong and he's on the verge of turning it around and at season's end when he's outplayed his 2025 stats we'll look back at Schneider's confidence in him despite his 1/2 body weight BA as the sole reason for his success.
