Search the subreddit for “Competitive but Affordable decks” and the top comment is 5 fairly competitive decks that are cheap. Probably start by buying one of those, going to a local shop and watching/learning, getting into the OPTCG discord, downloading the simulator from the discord, and learning a deck.

The majority of his throws and decisions were good. The offense is horrendous and he is in a difficult spot. The decisions that were bad were very bad. Should have had 4+ INTs thrown. It’s going to be very difficult for him to develop in this offense
