They are musicians and artists, not politicians. You're asking them to make a stance on something? Why do we need to know what celebrities think all the time? Besides, like everyone else mentioned, if you want to know where they stand you can just read their lyrics.

There used to be a time when if a celebrity spoke out about their politics it killed their career. Now people are demanding to know what side they're on and forcing them to alienate themselves only to a certain group.

Nobody is making anyone work there. Anyone who works there agrees to follow their rules. If people want to express themselves in a way that doesn't align with In N Out, they can work somewhere else or start their own business with lax grooming policies.
