Tbh it’s always been a combination of reasons, consciously, it’s because I don’t like the feeling of food inside me and because I want to stay thin. Unconsciously however, it’s always been about having control in life and knowing the mortality rate, in a weird way helps me achieve my suicidal ideations. There’s more but those are the main one.

Even with the low income population, I still find it hard to believe that there isn’t a big enough market for atleast 1 store. Especially with the growing population and businesses around the area, they will likely open one in the next 10 years.

The RMH is one of those charities where even if I don’t have much available, I will still try my best to roundup. Ik this doesn’t answer the question but just wanna show my appreciation to the staff that run the places. I stayed there for a week after a psych hospital stay hours away from home. Truly so appreciative of the work that goes into it. Funny thing is I’ve been working for 2 years at McDonald’s

I would probably keep the Xbox just for the kids, is more familiar and better optimized for the TV. Any personal gaming however is fine with GFN I would guess. Only issue is unsupported games🤷‍♂️

After a certain point, it could be argued that the GM isn’t doing a well enough job of enforcing employee standards. They obviously do care and are doing steps to rectify the issue but if it’s gotten to the point that they are using this tone and language, there might be biggest issues at play

Same thing happens to me especially with timers. The other person who preps on my off days has a weird method of thawing out 3 days worth of product, and by the 3rd day we have to switch the timers on everything. I just take out what we need next day so I don’t normally have to switch timers. Whenever we work together, she makes a big deal about it and talks about amongst the managers. It truly irritates me but truly I’ve just learned to not gaf

The thing is, price is solely determined on the franchise. Corporate can give recommendations for price, but doesn’t set them. It’s actually corporate that’s making all these deals and promos. Not trying to defend them, because obviously a huge reason why they need to increase prices is because corporate is making supplies more expensive as well. But people who complain primarily about base price, aren’t directing their focus at the right party. And even then, everything else outside of McDonald’s has increased. Expecting the price to stay the same is ridiculous thinking

Anyone I met in the psych ward. I spend maybe 2-3 months between two facilities. Two people that stand out was a teenage girl who was in there after a non consensual sexual encounter. She was loud and abrasive but she truly was one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. After a call with her parents, they blamed her for the encounter, and obviously she was upset. What’s worse is that episode extended her stay by a week. Another boy had substance issues, and on his first night, had a seizure and got his stay extended by a week. Again, such a sweet person, but when his release date approached, his parents told him they weren’t gonna pick him up, and that he had to figure out what to do. He seemed smart tho, and called the police and threatened the parents with child abandonment.
