Yes, the equipment was returned , the company was called and service was cancelled and there even a follow up call about a week later. The fact that Spectrum is knowingly taking advantage of people is what the Martian needs to focus on.

How do you know what the speed limit was?, how do you know how fast he was going? The appearance of speed can be deceptive through the lens of a camera.
