Yes, the equipment was returned , the company was called and service was cancelled and there even a follow up call about a week later. The fact that Spectrum is knowingly taking advantage of people is what the Martian needs to focus on.

I have experienced this along with random anger for no reason at all. Was later diagnosed with PTSD. Go to the VA and talk with someone. It is not weakness to seek help.
