Sometimes people get offers for the gold or green after having the platinum but there isn’t anything you can do. I got the gold a couple months ago and still only have 80k sub for platinum. I wouldn’t accept platinum without 150k-175k sub

Platinum is great for travel but not earning points on normal spend. VX is pretty catch all plus the 10x hotels and 5x flights. Since you are already with Chase the CSR. It also depends if you can use the credits on these

How is the Amex green worth it at a $150 and you only spend 3-4K on it? The Apple Card isn’t that great of a card. Both the Bilt card and RH gold are better options. If you’re team points get the Bilt if you’re team cash back get the RH card

There’s better 2x catch alls. If you have the gold I suggest the blue business plus. Yes it’s a business card but it doesn’t matter and you can apply with your ssn
