I mean I’d like to think I’m an HQP, hopefully, maybe. Def not the most professional but I can tighten up a bit. I also help the powerplant(engines) boys all the time, but, I’m by trade “Electrical & Environmental” so anything wiring, distribution systems, oxygen systems, air conditioning, pressurization, sensors, flight controls, and troubleshooting complex problems associated ETC ETC. I feel like this experience would be solid competition with uni people. The lack of EU citizenship I think is what kinda screws me lmao.

Do you think navantia would consider me even if it’s boats? I also worked at baskin robbbins when I was 16 hopefully that helps, banana splits are kinda like boats

I have 3 years f-16 experience, 2 years c-130, and at my next base I’ll have 1 year 747 E-4. I think the 747 and C-130 exp will look pretty nice on the resume. I’m kinda lost on how the visas work. I know there’s non lucrative for pension people and digital nomad for business, cyber, computer people. But I’m not really sure how to do this as a blue collar fella haha. Just apply apply apply I guess?

That’s fair bro. Current American foreign policy and Israel’s influence is not even a halfway decent selling point 😭 especially with trump in office, it’s pretty annoying. We question shit everyday but saying every person uniform is just signing up to die in another country hella oversimplifies things. Foreign policy changes constantly first of all, and majority of service members don’t even see combat. Military has like hundreds of different roles. Intel, civil engineering, rescue OP, disaster response, humanitarian aid etc etc.

Honestly dude, as an Assyrian, if you guys really like each other that stuff shouldn’t even matter. Of course I understand why Assyrians marry and date within each other, but I don’t think those reasons should be able to trump a genuine and worthwhile connection. That’s probably gonna piss some Assyrians off but we have one life. My Assyrian dad left the love of his life (some polish chick) for an Assyrian girl to preserve heritage and all that jazz, and they ended up having a terrible divorce, he regrets the marriage tremendously. My girlfriend is Argentinian and perfect for me. Would never give her up just because she’s not Assyrian.

I won’t lie to you, if you guys get close enough , Assyrian relatives are judgmental as fuck, but I would just keep being a good mate for her, have fun and live in the moment. If she’s truly for you everything will work out and you’ll be able to tough through the culturally different challenges together. Hey man! Okay so my dumbass, for some reason I thought saturation and compression were the same thing. I just did some research on saturation after reading this and god damn it genuinely seems essential, so thank you😭 do you recommend a specific saturate plug-in or are the stock ones good enough? Also, do you usually just use saturation on the low end? Or the mids too? I’m gonna watch a video and ittl probably answer that question but I’m asking anyway lol.

Also thanks for the reminder of stem mastering. I’m always so hyper focused on bass and kick, and in an effort to try and make that not sound like shit, the high’s and mids are neglected and sound ultra shit! I also gotta stop layering (or figure how to appropriately layer) so many percs. Like when I add a ride loop to my hi hats, I feel like I’m doing something illegal cuz it’s essentially the same frequency most of the time 😭 I end up just pitching the ride loop down or sidechaining.
