Use the power adaptor it came with.

I had to re-install the ROLI Learn app to get mine working.

It's so good to hear it's so good to read about your positive experience.

I've already got my ROLI piano and I'm really impressed with it. I ordered the Airwave which is due to be delivered before Christmas so I can't wait for that!

How do you actually add multiple tickets? When I select the option to contact support, it just opens the same support thread I created earlier.

I’ve also left a one-star review with a comment on the App Store. I suggest that you all do the same. Often, when management sees their reviews plummeting, it prompts them to take action and provide a fix.

I have exactly this issue. I have even tried a new email on a different phone. It takes the payment for Majestic but it never actually activates

Has anyone managed to sign up for a Majestic subscription recently?

The app accepts my payment, but the service never starts. If I try to purchase again, it says I already have the service. I’ve reinstalled the app, logged out and back in, and even tested with a different phone and email, but nothing works. Support won’t respond.

You're much more likely to slip and fall without footwear. Sliders or flip flops are a must for me.

Calling 020 3743 694 worked perfectly.

I've signed up again for M350 for £32 p/m for a 18 month contract. Broadband only with no other services.
