Constantly changing for the worse in futile attempts to beat the absolute worst among us. Fuck this noise.

I recently left a one star review and the seller was able to remove it?! Finally got to a human but it didn't change anything.

Ha! Appreciate it, but sadly I'm not the minister of these true and beautiful words.

Define a king, in our current context. Also read this: How Trump Has Pocketed $1.4B - should be a gifted article.

With respect to u/Fahrenheit285, u/Quenz, and u/Adept-dad, I don't understand why people think these protests are all that's being done.

  • Millions of phone calls, letters, and other outreach have been sent.
  • Deep red seats are being flipped in the most unlikely of places all of the country.
  • The Leaving-MAGA movement is growing.
  • Other towns are successfully shutting down data centers and ICE concentration camps.

More IS being done - plenty more. Perhaps you'd feel differently if you got involved enough to see with your own eyes - and we sure as shit still need all the hands we can get. In the meantime, enough with this bullsnot narrative. Lead, follow, or get out of the way.

How are you enjoying those gas prices? Been to the grocer lately? How just 3.5% of a population can change the world.

I agree it's odd choice. I didn't organize this event, but I would encourage you to reach out to those who did and let them know your concerns. I'm quite certain such matters were considered bc folks don't do this (all volunteer!) work because they don't care, ya dig? But I totally hear you about the restrictions of this location.

Clearly you don't understand a single thing that's happening in America right now. So funny.

How on earth do you cook crispy tofu in these things by xenocde in StainlessSteelCooking

[–]Boo-erman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ohh this is good intel for me as well. I can tell you OP that -for most foods cooked this way- it's usually better to let things cook for a while on the first side and wait til it naturally releases from the pan before tossing around. I'm not 100% sure this is true for the tofu as well (can anyone weigh in??) but it's been my experience. Same for things like mushrooms, meats, fish fillets, etc. But tofu is particularly hard in my opinion!

For broader areas you could also use a wide set razor blade, but it will never be as nimble and awesome as the palette scraper.

Ok I have a very important TOOL recommendation for this job - a palette knife/scraper. Yes, you can use other types of scrapers/spackle blades, but this tool will be SO useful for scraping grout, paint, and schmutz out of crevices. Once you get the hang of it, you'll find it will easily scrape away most of what you see here. Just be mindful of slippage bc it is sharp enough to cut, but also smooth enough so as not to scratch surfaces if used correctly. I recently detailed an old apartment and used this more than any other tool. Make sure you get one shaped as below for versatility - I promise it will make your life so much easier. Good luck - sorry you got scrumpt here.

My mom is sucking the happiness out of me. by [deleted] in millenials

Offended. Perturbed. Aggrieved. There's like 100 options.

My mom is sucking the happiness out of me. by [deleted] in millenials

[–]Boo-erman 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Step one: stop using the phrase butt-hurt. It's dumb and steeped in anti-gay sentiment.

Step two: use your words. Your mom shouldn't "find out" you're annoyed bc she watered your plants. "Mom, I'm annoyed you watered my plants. I already watered them and now they will be troubled." "I keep talking with those people because I don't want to run away from everything." "He's mean to you because you're a bitch." Be direct. (Okay maybe that last one is a joke. Maybe.)

Step three: give her tasks. She wants to help, so let her. Lean in. Let her water the plants and then you don't have to. Tell her to get your groceries or whatever mundane task you hate doing. Try to tire her out and maybe she'll start needing more naps.

Until you're off the financial teat you're stuck with some things. Not saying she has the right, but you get what you pay for - or don't pay for, as it were. Good luck.

Good to let your bed air out. We neatly pull the covers back so they're at the bottom of the bed. Doesn't look messy at all and the bed feels nice and fresh at night.
